Your order will be sent from within the US. Once your order has been shipped you'll receive a tracking link.


Pre-Order Items / Missing item: 

If your order included a Pre-Order item, this will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in stock. You'll receive a dispatch notification once it is on its way.


Tracking your order/package:

Once your package/order has left the warehouse you can track the order via our Courier Partner's website. Please refer to your Shipping Confirmation email which will include a tracking link.  


For domestic orders please allow at least 2-8 working days for your order to arrive. International orders can take up to 7-14 working days to arrive in the country and clear customs.
